Steps

1. Kill the AshuraCopy in DunHuang to get the CloudManuscript.
2. Give the CloudManuscript to the CloudFairy and she will ask you to collect 15 ThunderStones for her.
3. Collect 15 ThunderStones to give to the CloudFairy. You will be awarded the FlameCyclone skill Book.

1. Kill Ashura in DunHuang to get the SaintStone.
2. Take the SaintStone to the CloudFairy and she will reward you.
