1.1 When will the Alpha sever be up?

1. Firstly, make sure you have input them correctly. Both of them are case sensitive. 2. Crazy Tao login screen works on qwerty keyboards. If you are using an azerty keyboard, you will not be able to login to the game. Please try inverting the keys: a = q q = a z = w w = z , = m

No. Crazy Tao is free to play. You needn't pay a monthly fee.

To ensure perfect server performance, all servers for Crazy Tao are updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 00:01~00:30 PST (GMT-8),and account server is maintained on every Wednesday at 18:00 ~ 19:00 PST. During this period , if you try to log into the game, the following message will pop up:"Failed to connect to game server due to server maintenance or network congestion. Please log in later." While Account Server is maintained, you can continue to adventure in Crazy Tao, without disturbing game play. However, you will not be able to create a new account and utilize additional account related programming pages.

If you do not know where to install the patch after you have installed your client, please follow the steps below: Step 1: Right click on Crazy Tao icon which you run to play CT, then a window will pop up, click "Properties". Step 2: Another window will pop up, click "Find Target", then the folder is found.

Please go to http://account.91.com/common/forgetpw.aspx?flag=ct to retrieve your password.

Set your graphic option above 1024*768, just like 1052*864, then you may play CT in a window.

The latest update info will be shown in the CT window.

1.14. There is a notice of fault on goods/player/pets/picking up an item?

It is because you don't have a complete update. Please download and install the patches manually. If this does no help, we advise you to uninstall the game and redownload the client.

1.15. How can I get out of BotJail?

Please input the following sentences that NPC tells you: I am sorry. TQ would only send me to BotJail if I used bot software for days. If I am sent to BotJail again, I will pay *** TPs to get out. the words must be typed exactly the same way as the NPC tells you, otherwise you can not leave BotJail. If you type the wrong words then you must retype the entire thing.

1.16 When I enter the game, it's crashed. What can I do for it?

1.Please check whether you have installed the Courier New. You can check from starting menu->settings->control panel->font. 2. If it doesn't work, please download the total patch here.

1.17 After I type in password and user name, it goes onto the blue screen then for a while shuts off .What can I do?

1.Please update the Graphics card. 2. If it doesn't work, please check whether your computer meets the system requirement.

2.1 How to switch run to jump?

Press "Ctrl" button and left click on the point you want to jump to.

2.2 How can I move from one map to another?

You can find the portal in the edge of the map or ask the Teleporters to send you to the next map.

2.3. Can I attack NPC in game?

Currently players can only attack guards in each city in PK mode. But if you are in a low level, we don't recommend you to do this.

2.4. How can I talk to NPC?

When you see an NPC, move your mouse to NPC and there will come out a bulb. Left click and you can talk with NPC.

2.5. If I get lost in the world and if I am surrounded by amount of monsters, what should I do? Is there any tool can help me to get back immediately?

We have a special town teleport to help the players get out of this situation. Sure it will cost you some money.

2.6 What does random teleport do in the game?

You can move to a place with more monsters if you use that. You can also play "hide-and-seek" game if you like by using this item.

2.7 How to pick up items in game? Any hotkey?

Sorry,there isn't a hotkey for picking up items. Move the mouse on items and it will turn into a hand icon, left click and pick them up. But do make sure the items are dropped from the monsters that you killed.

2.8 How to attack monsters?

You can do physical attack to monsters by left clicking, sometimes passive skills can be cast too. You can also do magic attack by hotkeys you have previously set for different magic skills.

2.9 Can I change the angle of view in Crazy Tao?

Crazy Tao has the fixed 45 angle of view. But you can zoom in and out by your 3D roll.

2.10 How can I check my status in game?

Beside your character's avatar, there are two long bars, Red one for your HP(Hit Points), Green one for your SP(Stamina Points). For mages, there is one extra blue bar, which is for your MP(Mana Point).

2.11 Will running/jumping cost my SP? How to restore my SP?

It won't. Only some skills will cost your SP. Your sp will begin to recover while standing still for 5 seconds.

2.12 Is there any warehouse in the game?

Yes. In each city, there is a certain NPC for you to deposit items, and each warehouse is all individual.

2.13. How can I find myself in mini-map?

The purple means yourself; the green ones means NPCs, the yellow ones means teleport points. And we have also special marks for your friends, enemies and your spouse.

2.14 Can I zoom in or out mini-map?

Yes, you can. There are small, medium and large three patterns.

2.15 The maps are too complicated, I always get lost, what can I do?

Click "M" to view the full map and you will see all the details in that map. Or use the function of Path Finding.

2.16 Any help information in game?

In the top of screen there is a rolling message which will provide help to players in this game. Meanwhile you can open "?" below to get the information and tips you want.

3.1 How many chat channels are there in game?

There are 7 main chat channels in game. 1. [Public]: If you send a message in this channel, the nearby players can receive your message. 2. [Whisper]: If you send a message in this channel, only targeted player can receive your message. 3. [Friend]: If you send a message in this channel, players in your friend list can receive your message. 4. [Team]: If you send a message in this channel, team members can receive your message. 5. [Legion]: If you send a message in this channel, your Legion members can receive your message. 6. [Broadcast]: If you send a message in this channel, all players in your server can receive your message. 7. [Family]: If you send a message in this channel, your Family members can receive your message.

3.2 If I want to chat with my friends and I don't want others to get the information, how can I achieve it?

First you need to switch to [Whisper] channel, and then input the target's name you want to talk to. Hint: If your friend is beside you, you can press Shift and left click on him/her. And his/her name will be displayed in target box.

3.3 Can I change the font color when chatting?

Yes, you can. You can open chat setting panel, and choose the color you like for different channels.

3.4 When I am leveling, I dislike the message showing in screen, how can I remove them?

Default chatting system will open all channels to you. You can click [Clear] button to clear chatting information on screen. You can also use filter function to block some channels you dislike.

3.5 Can I have a black list in game?

Yes you can. If you add a name to black list, you won't see messages from him/her.

3.6 Can I have smilies in chatting?

Yes, you can. We have a lot of cute similes.

3.7 Can I copy and paste the message of chatting?

Yes, you can. You can use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+ V to do the copy and paste.

3.8 Can I talk when I died?

When you die, your words won't be seen by other players.

3.9 Can you give me some tips when chatting?

You can select a chat target by pressing ALT and click the name of the player on screen. You can switch chat channels by clicking CTRL with up and down arrow. You can select the recently chatting target by pressing CTRL with left and right arrow. You can choose recent sentence you typed by up and down arrow.

4.1 How can I level up in game?

You can gain leveling experience from fighting against monsters. The higher level you want to get, the more experience you need to gain.

4.2 How to distinguish different level of monsters?

You can see four different colors of monster names in game, which are green, white, red and black. The green name monsters means its level is much lower than you; the white means they have almost the same level as you have; the red means they are higher than you; as to the black, we suggest you keep a distance from them to avoid being screwed up.

4.3 Some players can hit me, while I can't fight back, why?

If you want to PVP, you need to switch to PK mode. There are four PK modes in game: Free PK mode: In this mode, you can attack anyone in the game. Team PK mode: In this mode, you can attack anyone except your team members, friends and Legion members. Capture PK mode: In this mode, you can attack monsters, blue name and black name players. Peace PK mode: Players can only attack monsters.

4.4 Why Can't I PK others?

You need to wait until you reach level 30 to PK others.

4.5 What are PK points?

If you PK others (not blue or black name players), your PK points will increase. When your PK points are over 100, your name will turn black. We encourage PK in a friendly way, such as friendly practice. And if you PK others with bad intention, you will get punished, even you will be hunted by Golden Hunter.

4.6 Some questions of PK and prison.

Your PK can only decrease when you are online. The black name is put into the prison. And every half hour the officer will appear in the prison, you may talk to him and get set free, otherwise you can only get out with your name turns red.

4.7 How about magic light effect in game?

Our game has the most updated light effect. When you are hunting monsters, you will feel the light bright and colorful, which is pretty different from other MMORPGs.

4.8 How can I learn skills? Can skills be leveled?

Players can learn skills through skill books, which can be bought through shops in cities. When you start to learn skills, you must make sure your level has met the requirement of different skills. If you want to increase your skill level, you also need to get to a certain level. BTW, not all skills can be leveled up.

4.9 How can I set the hotkeys?

Open skill panel, move your mouse on different skills, and click F1 to F8 to set your own hot keys.

4.10 Why can't I use some skills?

Skills in Crazy Tao can be defined into three main categories: active skills, passive skills and XP skills. When you use active skills, you will need to press hotkeys to cast them, which will consume you some MP or HP. Passive skills can be cast automatically when you are fighting with monsters and they won't consume your MP or HP. XP skills can be activated when it is ready, and they are the most powerful skills in game.

4.11 What's XP skill?

XP skill is just like unique skill in package games. Your XP value will be added according to the time. When XP bar is full, there will be light effect like a fire phenix in screen to remind you to use XP skill. The time of using XP skill is limited. Players can learn XP skill from skill books which can be bought from NPC. XP skill is much more powerful than any other skills.

4.12 Why can't I use some skills when my XP is full?

Please check whether the skill is an XP skill, not all skills can be used when your XP is full.

4.13 Why can't I pick up items when I am in a team?

That is because your team leader disabled the picking up items function for team members. There are three functions related to picking up: money, items and gems. Only the team leader can adjust the settings. When you join a team, please notice the system message. If you have any questions, you should speak to the team leader and adjust the team settings.

4.14 Why some people have a sun on their head?

That is the mark for team leader. You can apply joining the team by him/her.

4.15 I don't want any more player join my team, how can I do that?

You can click the close team in team settings.

5.1 How can I trade in game? If I get disconnected when I am trading, will I lose my item or money?

Click the [Trade] button and your mouse will change into a new icon, move the icon on the target you want to trade with and left click your mouse. When trading panel appears, you can input the item or money into it. When both parties clicked the [Agree] button the trade is done. If you get disconnected when you are trading, that trading will be cancelled automatically.

5.2 How can I start a shop in market?

Steps: 1. Click the flag and peddle window will come out. 2. Input the items you want to sell. 3. Input the selling price. 4. When shop is set, your name will be shown on your shop.

5.3 Can I PK in market?

No.

5.4 Is there a warehouse in market?

Yes, there is.

5.5 Can I change the price of my items in my shop?

Yes, you can. You can take it back and re-input the price.

5.6 How can I stop peddlling? What will happen if I get disconnected when I set the shop?

You can click the "close" button in the down right corner to close your shop. Unsold items will be placed back to your inventory automatically. If you get disconnected, system will regard it as your canceling your shop.

5.7 Can I auction my items? How?

Yes you can. You can find the auction NPC in market. Click the NPC first and choose the item you want to auction. Input the base price for this item and click "OK". Unsold items will be placed back to your auction warehouse.

5.8 How can I join others' auction?

You can join others' auction by talking to the auctioneer at the market (631, 704).

5.9 Why my item is marked with Stolen? What can I do?

If an item is traded at a very unreasonable price, it will be marked as a stolen item. This mark will last for 3 days. During this period, the system will warn you to be careful when you trade such items. By the way, the auto-retrieve system will be implemented soon. Once this system is released, you will be able to retrieve your hacked items by yourself.

6.1 Legion

6.1.1 At what level can I create a Legion? What are the requirements?

When you reach level 50 and you have over 5000000 gold, you can create your own Legion to fight against the Devils.
