If you want to sell items you may go to a booth or you can go to the auctioneer (631,704) in the market. There you can set a floor price and your item will be auctioned among all participating players on your server.
All auctions are made through the auctioneer. If you want to auction your belongings, select: "I have something valuable to auction." When your items are being auctioned, messages indicating all the current players online will appear from time to time.
If your items have been auctioned during your online time, the auctioned money will be automatically added into your warehouse. If they are auctioned while you are offline, the money will be placed in the auction house as chips. You need to claim the chips from auction house. Left click on the chips and then visit warehouse keeper to check the money you gain.
If nobody has purchased your auctioned item, it will be placed into your auction storehouse where you may retrieve it at any time. If you participate in the auction, the items that have been bought will also be placed into the auction storehouse. However, there is a 50 item limitation for the Auctioneer's house. When it is full, you can't deposit any more items even if your personal auction house is empty.
