If u have a high lvl friend by any chance make him your mentor. You can also search for a a mentor if desperate but you'll need to wait. Most people would mentor you since you'll also be lvling them. You'll be giving them. mentor exp which they claim from Hugo(that's my name in real life) who u also can get a mentor from.

19-24:butcher

25-30:slytao

31-36:sophists

37-41:philistine

42-47:poltergiests/ashura copy

48-53:drunkards

54-63:vicioustao

64-68:beld abbot/hooligan

69-75:adagio/pirates

76-80:severed sam

By then u should have enough knowledge to kill the next monster that will give u decent experience.
