Within the game you will find from killing monsters many different Pet Books. These are very useful in game after you reach level 50. I personally use every single one that I find. It increases the level of training for that particular pet. They are fairly common drops and the experience can gain rapidly when using them all. The reason for their importance is for trading their experience for your own leveling experience. When a certain pets training reaches level 70 and your character is level 80 you can trade their experience for your own experience. This can also be done when the training experience of the pet reaches, 80 and 100. So basically 3 times of trading experience per pet. You do not have to own the pet that the Pet Book is for. The object is to get all the pets to 100% training, so you can trade in for leveling experience. After you have withdrawn all three times, then you should start purchasing Notebooks from the vendors. At which time you can make 4000 point Pet Books to sell or give to your friends to help them in their quest to reach 100% on their totems. P.S. I would never purchase a 400 point Pet Book, they are way to common from monster drops and people in market and auctions sell them for ridiculous prices, 4000 point Notebooks on the other hand are worth much more. |
